How much does ACE Portfolios cost?
£25 per candidate portfolio, per qualification, including VAT. Adding another qualification to the same candidate is £4 and an extra unit from a different qualification is £2, both including VAT. There are no setup or onboarding fees and no monthly minimums.
Are assessors, IQAs and administrators charged per seat?
No. Staff accounts are always free. You pay only for the candidate portfolios you create, however many people work on them.
What is included in a candidate portfolio?
The full qualification structure, evidence storage, mapping to every assessment criterion, progress tracking, the IQA submission workflow and secure cloud storage for the life of the portfolio.
Is there a long contract?
ACE is pay as you go. You are invoiced for the portfolios you create, and you can stop creating them at any time.
Do you charge for training or onboarding?
No. Getting your centre set up, importing your first candidates and walking your team through the platform is included.
